Tailored Fitness Packages

Every coaching package includes multiple services so that we set you up to succeed from day 1. You will get a personalised training program that is tailored to your goals, available time and exercise preferences so that every session is both enjoyable and effective. Everything you need will be on the app MyPTHub. Within this app you will find your program, check-ins, habit tracking, educational documents and videos that will teach you everything you need to know about training and nutrition, recipe books, a built-in barcode scanner to make tracking food quick and simple (it can even automatically generate your grocery list).
There is also an exercise library so that you have video demonstrations of every exercise, ensuring that you are confident with form from the get go. I will provide feedback on every session so that even in your individual sessions you are pushing to achieve your best. I will calculate your calories based on your goal, give you a protein target and educate you on how to make the best nutritional choices, while still enjoying your social life. We will keep a track of your progress using the weekly check ins, here I will get you to record your weight, measurements and take progress pictures (whichever combination that you are most comfortable with). Check ins also give us an opportunity to reflect on the week, discuss what went well and where we could improve, review your habit trackers and put in place any plans needed to help you remove or overcome any barriers you are facing.
