Education Focused Programmes
Education is the focus of my coaching. In my eyes, anybody can follow a simple plan. However, it doesn’t necessarily mean you will learn from it. I want to be able to teach you about what you're doing and why you're doing it and help it stick with you. My aim is for you to be able to go into the gym and create a workout where you are confident in what you are doing and how to reach your potential. I am here to teach you how to take control of your routine, nutrition, and training and mould it to create a happy and healthy lifestyle.
I want us to work together on creating a programme that you love. This means having exercises you are confident in performing and also learning to believe in yourself when trying new things. I personally think that a healthy balanced life is based around the things we enjoy doing. This could be walking, running, weights or yoga, you need to find the whatever movement feels good for you. I want you to get comfortable being uncomfortable when it comes to pushing yourself and your limits, and learn to enjoy the process of getting fitter and stronger. Having strength and fitness goals along the way and focusing on the process not just the outcomes will make it more enjoyable, therefore make you more likely to stick to it which will not only make you more likely to succeed but also make that success feel even better.
